  • LHS Football Team Wins Conference Title

    Loveland High School’s football team clinched the 4A Longs Peak Conference title with their win over Brighton High School. The conference title secured a spot in the 4A postseason playoffs for LHS.

  • Thompson School District Presents at iNACOL Symposium

    Thompson School District was one of the districts that presented at the International Association for K-12 Online Learning (iNACOL) Symposium in Orlando, Florida. The topic of the joint presentation was “Networking for Learning and Redesign,” which focused on how the district partners with a variety of entities to enhance opportunities for students. iNACOL’s annual conference is the industry’s leading event for K-12 competency-based, blended and online learning. Experts, practitioners, educators, policymakers and researchers gather and work together to transform education.

  • LHS & TVHS Marching Bands Place First at Northern Regional Competition

    The Loveland High School and Thompson Valley High School marching bands placed first in their divisions at the Colorado Bandmasters Association Northern Regional Competition, each earning a spot to compete at the state competition. The LHS Crimson Regiment won the 4A division for the twelfth year in a row with a score of 80.05, and the TVHS Eagles won the 3A division with a score of 63.4.

  • MVHS Wins 4A State Softball Championship

    Mountain View High School won the 4A State Softball Championship, the first softball title in school history, with a 7-3 win against Pueblo Central.

  • TVHS Student is Regional Cross Country Champion; TVHS Teams & MVHS Individual Qualify for 4A State Championship

    Thompson Valley High School’s girls and boys cross country teams qualified for state at the 4A Region 4 Championship. For the girls, Kenadi Krueger finished in first place. The team of Krueger, Gracy Roitsch, Victoria Kavvadas, Julia Lundgren and Madeleine Boyles took fourth. For the boys, Dylan Schubert finished in third place. The team of Schubert, Ethan Kravig, Hayden Ell, Jacob Regalado and Jacob Brouwer took fourth. One girl from Mountain View High School, Taylor Petty, qualified for an individual spot at state. Petty placed eighth at the regional meet.

  • BHS Girls & Boys Teams Qualify for 3A State Cross Country Championship

    Berthoud High School’s girls and boys cross country teams qualified for state at the 3A Region 4 Championship. The girls’ team of Maycee White, Cailey Archer, Ellie Sundheim, Alex Schultz and Alyssa Radloff took second. The boys’ team of Kade Leonard, Eli Greenslit, Noah Burtis, Siler Stein and Kyle Conlon took fourth.

  • LHS Girls Team & Two Boys Qualify for 5A State Cross Country Championship

    Loveland High School’s girls cross country team qualified for state along with two individual boys at the 5A Region 4 Championship. The girls’ team of Callie Ketner, Maci Ames, Kennedy Burch, Cecilia Velarde and Alix Huhta took fourth. For the boys, Zac Witman placed twelfth and Kellis Ward placed fifteenth, qualifying for individual spots at state.

  • Big Thompson Elementary Receives Innovation Station Grant

    Big Thompson Elementary School was awarded an $18,500 Innovation Station Fund grant by the OtterCares Foundation. The Innovation Station will help students learn about innovation and entrepreneurship.

  • TVHS Senior Wins State Golf Championship

    Thompson Valley High School senior Darren Edwards won the 4A Boys State Golf Championship at Raccoon Creek Golf Course in Littleton. Edwards is the first male from the city of Loveland to win an individual state golf title.
