The following students placed at Thompson School District’s High School Chess Tournament: 1st place – Jakobi Wells, 10th grade, Thompson Valley High School; 2nd place – William Hatton, 11th grade, Berthoud High School; 3rd place – Logan Sheppard, 10th grade, Loveland Classical Schools; 4th place – Elizabeth Thompson, 9th grade, Loveland High School; and 5th place – Cleveland Odd, 12th grade, Mountain View High School.
